Hello. I purchased Kutools for excel and I cannot find the old version to re-install. The only version that I can get is this new 17.00 version that your site has not even been updated to show is the newest version. I tried to install just the trial but it will not let me. It says that I am no longer eligible for free updates. I sent an email to support@extendoffice.com und habe keine Antwort erhalten.

Ich benötige einen Download für 16.50 oder ich benötige eine Verlängerung meiner Lizenz um 60 Tage, damit die Erweiterung funktioniert. Im Moment bin ich ausgesperrt und kann mein Produkt nicht einmal verwenden!!!
