CLP to USD

I'm trying to change the format only (not convert) Chilean funds to USD. We have customers in Chile that purchase parts from us that are billed in USD. However, when the customer submits their remittance advice to us, it is written in Chilean format. The spreadsheet contains several lines that have already been converted from CLP to USD, but the currency format is still written in CLP format. For example: spreadsheet says 30.132,75 but I need that to read 30,132.75 -- how can I change the CLP format to USD format?
