Excel Quits when Registering Kutools

Hi,

We have a 10-pack license for Kutools, purchased in May 2017. I think it's for version 16, but the license email doesn't actually specify a version.

When trying to register Kutools 16.0 or 17.0 installed on Excel 2016 (x86, build 16.0.6925.1049), all of Excel closes / quits after entering the license name and license code in the Kutools Help - Register dialog. If you re-open Excel and check Kutools Help - About, there is no license detail shown.

Any ideas how to register Kutools please? Registration used to work fine under Office 2013.

I think I've gotten the registration info to stick by using the desktop shortcut (rather than the register dialog within the Excel toolbar); but using the Help - About or Help - Register options on the Excel toolbar still causes Excel to quit.
