Since installing Kutools I have had persistent shadows appearing, almost as though cells were being selected, even though they are not.

Image attached to show. The grey area will not go away and even remains in place when scrolling.

This is a very annoying visual glitch.

Hi there,

Does your every Excel sheet has the shadows? Or only certain sheets have shadows. If only certian sheets have shadows, could you please attach the specific sheet and send that to us? So that we can try to reproduce the problem.

Hi there,

Sorry for the delayed reply, we were on vacation for the last week...

Please try the below two approches:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the add-in.
2. Select any highlight feature from the Desgin tab, and then deselect it.

If the shadow problem still exists, please send us an error report to us by clicking Kutools > Feedback > Error Submission.
