Angenommen, Sie möchten alle Kommentare nur in einem Word-Dokument drucken, müssen Sie möglicherweise alle Kommentare in ein neues Dokument exportieren, bevor Sie alle Kommentare in Word drucken können. Angenommen, Sie möchten nur alle Kommentare drucken, wie im folgenden Screenshot gezeigt, können Sie alle Kommentare schnell in eine neue Word-, Excel- oder Txt-Datei exportieren. und drucken Sie dann die Kommentare sofort aus. 

Schuss Export Kommentare 6

1. Öffnen Sie das Dokument, in das Sie alle Kommentare exportieren möchten, und wenden Sie das Dienstprogramm an, indem Sie auf klicken Kutoolen Plus> Export Import > Kommentare exportieren.

2. In dem Kommentare exportieren Im Dialogfeld führen Sie bitte die folgenden Schritte aus:

  • Bitte wählen Sie den Bereich aus, aus dem Sie die Kommentare exportieren möchten. Sie können das gesamte Dokument, die aktuelle Auswahl oder die aktuelle Seite auswählen.
  • Geben Sie anschließend den exportierten Dateityp, das Word-Dokument, die Excel-Arbeitsmappe oder die TXT-Datei nach Bedarf an.

3. Dann klick Erstellen Schaltfläche erhalten Sie die folgenden Ergebnisse:

Glad to help. Our Export Comments feature currently only supports exporting comments, not text with comments. But we will improve this feature in the future, so stay tuned.

Hi, When I try to export some comment in a separate document then a message is prompt "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions". But non of these option is true for my word file. What should I do? Regards, Ehsen

Sorry for the late reply. I know how to fix the "This action cannot work in a document which is Read only, Protected and Track Revisions" problem. The reason for the problem is that the comment is still in editing mode or track mode when you apply our Export Comments feature. Even after you have already pressed Ctrl+Enter to post the comment, as long as the text and the comment box are highlighted, the comment is in track mode.

so all you need to do is move your cursor away to other areas of the document, then it is not in track mode anymore. You can now use our feature perfectly. Please have a try.
