Wie füge ich der Signatur in E-Mails in Outlook ein Bild / Logo hinzu?

Speichern Sie zunächst Ihr Logo als Bild. Anschließend können Sie Ihr Logo oder Ihre Bilder mit den folgenden Schritten in die Signatur einfügen:

1. Klicken Sie im Nachrichtenfenster auf Signature Knopf im Include Gruppe unter Nachricht Tab.

Abgesehen von dem oben genannten Weg können Sie auch die bekommen Signature Knopf im Include Gruppe unter der Insert Tab.

2. Drücke den Unterschriften Element in der Dropdown-Liste.

3. In dem Unterschrift und Schreibwaren Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld eine Signatur aus, zu der Sie ein Logo oder Bild hinzufügen möchten Wählen Sie die zu bearbeitende Signatur aus Box.

4. In dem Unterschrift bearbeiten Platzieren Sie den Cursor an der Stelle, an der Sie ein Logo oder Bild einfügen möchten.

5. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Bild .

6. In dem Bild einfügen Wählen Sie im Dialogfeld das Logo oder Bild aus, das Sie einfügen möchten, und klicken Sie auf Insert Taste. Nachdem Sie auf die Schaltfläche Einfügen geklickt haben, können Sie sehen, dass das Logo oder Bild in die Signatur eingefügt wurde.

7. Drücke den OK Schaltfläche im Dialogfeld Signatur und Briefpapier.

Note: Bisher haben Sie Ihr Logo oder Bild in die ausgewählte Signatur eingefügt. Wenn Sie diese Signatur mit Logo oder Bild als Standardsignatur festlegen, werden das eingefügte Logo oder Bild sowie die ursprünglichen Signaturinformationen in jeder Nachricht angezeigt, die Sie automatisch verfassen.

The text could be wrapped around the photo if you use a table. What i did was that I created the signature in the email body using the table and tehn changed the color of borders to white. Then I copied that table into the signatures window.

That might be caused by your image’s arrangement.
In your composing email, click the image to activate the Picture Tools, and then click Format > Wrap Text > Top and Bottom or other options as you need.

How do you get the text to be wrapped around the photo? It seems very limited on what we can do.

You can use excel to create your signature, paint the "grid" white to make it invisible on the signature, make sure to merge and resize cells to fit your image and text design accordingly, then select all the cells including the image and copy,
Then paste the table at your signature on Outlook, then adjust on excel and keep pasting it until perfect.

Yes okay, anyone can insert an image but getting it sized and looking right is another matter entirely! That's not addressed at all in this article.

Hi, I have someone producing an email signature complete with logo and they have asked what format I require, JPEG or HTML, I have no idea! I have windows 10, Office 365 and MS Outlook. Any help would be welcome. Thanks
